Yes, absolutely! Every Pooja performed through Arpan is completely recorded with high-quality video. You will receive the full recording showing your name being invoked, the complete ritual process, and all mantras chanted by the priest.

All our partner temples and priests are thoroughly verified. We work only with established temples that have certified priests with proper Vedic knowledge and traditional training. Each temple undergoes our strict verification process before being listed on our platform.

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for regular Poojas. For special occasions or festivals, we suggest booking 3-7 days ahead. However, we also accommodate urgent requests based on temple availability.

You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled Pooja time for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to a 25% processing fee. If we are unable to perform the Pooja due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule.
