If you need to reschedule your puja to a different date, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be accommodated without additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be treated as cancellations.
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, temple closures, etc.), we will make every effort to reschedule your puja or provide a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with the service or have concerns about the puja performance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the video recording. We will investigate the matter and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
